Our websites and programmes are directed to people 18 and older.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
  • Our forms and programmes state the 18+ requirement, and the Terms of Service make it a condition of applying.
  • If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact hello@cuesoft.io and we will verify and delete it.
  • Because we do not direct services to children, we do not knowingly process data subject to child-specific regimes (such as COPPA in the US or the age-of-consent provisions of GDPR Art. 8); if we learn we hold such data, deletion is the remedy.
