Processors and Platforms
Our processors
We use a small set of service providers to run the websites and the programmes behind them, each bound by its data processing agreement to process data only on our instructions:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Edge delivery, security, cookieless analytics |
| Google (infrastructure role) | Firebase App Hosting: serving the websites |
| Google (Classroom) | Google Classroom: course material for enrolled CueTA™ learners, and the coursework they submit |
| Google (Workspace) | Mail for cuesoft.io, including hello@cuesoft.io, the address this policy names for exercising your rights |
| Airtable | Form records (applications and enquiries) |
| Brevo | Sending the form acknowledgement email, and recording when it is opened and its links clicked |
| Datadog | Measuring page performance and recording page errors on the websites and the documentation sites, on our instructions |
| Lark | Mail hosting for our talent.cuesoft.io work addresses, so it carries the messages sent to and from them |
| Google Analytics | Measuring traffic and journeys on the websites, on our instructions, once you opt in. Google signals is a partial exception: where you are signed in to Google with Ads Personalisation on, Google also uses the visit for its own ads personalisation, and for that use it is not acting solely on our instructions: see the advertising platforms note below |
| Certifier | Issuing CueTA™ credentials: the certificate a graduate receives, and the public page that verifies it |
| GitHub | Hosting for the documentation sites; public API for the contributors display |
| AI platform provider | Generating Ace’s answers: the provider may change, and we will name the current one on request via hello@cuesoft.io |
Advertising platforms are not processors
The advertising platforms behind the websites’ opt-in tags (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and X) act as independent businesses under their own policies, not as our processors, once your opt-in lets their tags load. Google therefore wears more than one kind of hat, and we treat them separately: its infrastructure and classroom roles are restricted processing on our instructions; its advertising role is the consent-gated disclosure described as "sharing" on the United States page. None of them receives anything unless you opt in on the site you are visiting, and Spotify (the click-to-load embed on cuesoft.io) loads only if you click the player.
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Communication platforms
Programme coordination happens on WhatsApp (CueTA™ cohorts) and Discord (CueLABS™ interns), and client-representative discussion may happen on WhatsApp under an engagement’s terms.
- Joining a group makes your profile name (and on WhatsApp, your phone number) visible to other group members.
- Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Participation in a given channel is part of how the programme runs; tell us if you need an alternative arrangement.
Cueprise™
Sub-processors for the licensed platform are named in the Cueprise™ Privacy Notice, and each licensing agreement confirms which are active for that deployment.
