The type of information collected depends on the service you require, including but not limited to: • CueTA™ Participants: Information about you that is personally identifiable like your name , email, payment details, educational background, learning activity data. • CueLABS™ Members: Name, GitHub profile, skills, AI project contributions, Work preferences, employment history, professional portfolios. • General User Interactions: Web form submissions, account updates, customer service inquiries, surveys. • Personal Data that we obtain or learn, such as information about the browser or device you use to access this site, how you use this site and the pages you visit, traffic and location data.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We sometimes hire other companies to provide services on our behalf e.g., performing statistical analysis of our service etc. We will only provide those companies with the information necessary to provide us with such services and we shall prohibit them from using that information for any other purpose. Cuesoft is based in Nigeria and the information we collect is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and Regulations made thereto and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) as well as other regulations made hereunder; (together “Nigeria Data Protection Laws”). HOW WE SECURE AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Information collected will be held securely and will only be kept for as long as is reasonably necessary for as long as you use the service or product that you are subscribed to, unless you have provided us with your consent to use the data for any additional purposes. The Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 gives you certain rights in respect of the Personal Data we hold about you. Below is a highlight of some of those rights;

The right to access - You have the right to request Nomba for copies of your personal data. We will respond to your access request within one-month of receiving your request. Where we are not able to provide this personal data to you within the One-Month timeline provided by the Nigerian Data Protection Laws, we will communicate same to you, and may request an additional time within which we will provide the information to you. Your Personal Data shall be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Nomba correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Nomba to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure — You have the right to request that Nomba erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Nomba restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Nomba’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Nomba transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
The right to lodge complaint – You have a right to lodge a complaint about the handling of your Personal Data with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at https://ndpc.gov.ng/.

BREACH / PRIVACY VIOLATION

In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data, Cuesoft shall within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours of having knowledge of such breach report the details of the breach to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), as required by law. Furthermore, where we ascertain that such breach is detrimental to your rights and freedoms in relation to your Personal Data, we shall within 7 (Seven) days of having knowledge of the occurrence of such breach take steps to inform you of the breach incident, the risk to your rights and freedoms resulting from such breach and any course of action to remedy said breach.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
