Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Cuesoft websites collect, why, and the rights you have over it — under Nigerian, EU/UK and US law.
It is issued by Cuesoft Inc. (8 The Green, Suite 300, Dover, DE 19901, United States) and Cuesoft Nigeria Limited (RC1624434, 39 Alfred Rewane Road, 3rd Floor Mulliner Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria) — together "Cuesoft", "we", "us" — who act as joint data controllers for the websites below. The essence of our joint-controller arrangement: Cuesoft Nigeria Limited leads compliance for processing subject to Nigerian law and to the EU/UK GDPR (transparency, rights handling, security); Cuesoft Inc. leads for processing subject to US law; and regardless of the split, you may exercise your rights against either entity through the single contact point hello@cuesoft.io.
Signed engagements — offers of admission, internship, contractor and client agreements, Cueprise™ licences — carry their own data terms, which govern those relationships alongside this policy.
The short version
- We collect only what each website needs to do its job — mostly what you type into an application or contact form.
- No payment data, ever: our websites take no payments.
- We do not sell personal data. Our six websites (CueTA™, CueLABS™, CueHIRE™, Cueprise™, Storefront™ and cuesoft.io) use Google Analytics and advertising tags, and only if you opt in through each site's consent banner. Separately, and on every site whatever you choose, we measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare's cookieless analytics on those same six sites, which stores nothing on your device and identifies nobody — see the collection pages and the United States page for exactly what that means. The documentation sites carry no such tags.
- Our AI assistant (Ace) processes what you type to it in order to answer; don't type sensitive personal information into a chat box.

Changes to this policy
