This is Cuesoft's public case-study site. It describes selected deliveries and links to client websites and public open-source repositories. It is an informational site: there are no accounts, contact forms, uploads or payments on clients.cuesoft.io.

Server and Security Logs

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and Google Firebase App Hosting. Standard technical data — IP address, browser, requested page and timestamp — appears in short-lived infrastructure logs for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Retention: no more than 30 days — see retention.

Analytics and Cookies — Opt-In Only

This site uses Google Analytics for aggregate traffic and journey measurement. It does not load advertising pixels. Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookie is set until you press Accept in the consent banner. Declining leaves the case studies and every link usable in full.

  • What Google receives after you accept: a cookie or device identifier, IP address, page URLs, referring URL and basic browser/device metadata. Google uses the IP address in passing to derive approximate location and then discards it; it does not store the address itself.
  • Retention: Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months — see retention.
  • Withdraw: use Cookie preferences in the site footer at any time. This stops future loading; browser controls clear any analytics cookies that were already set.
  • Global Privacy Control: an opt-out preference signal overrides a stored opt-in for as long as your browser sends it.
  • Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); California treatment is set out on the United States page.

Case studies may link to a client's live website or to a public GitHub repository. Once you follow one of those links, that independent site or service controls its own processing under its own privacy terms.
