Retention
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, then delete or anonymise it.

| Google Analytics, where you opted in | Event-level data: 14 months, the longest Google Analytics allows, after which Google deletes it. Aggregated reports have no expiry, and identify nobody. Withdrawing consent stops new collection; a deletion request through the rights page reaches what was already collected, because Analytics holds it as our processor. What Google signals contributes to Google’s own ads personalisation sits outside that: we set no period for it and cannot delete it, because it is held against your Google account rather than in our property. You control both how long Google keeps that activity and whether it is collected at all, through Google’s activity controls, which offer auto-delete after 3, 18 or 36 months, and through My Ad Center |

Verified deletion requests are honoured sooner: see your rights. Where law requires us to keep a record longer (for example tax or dispute records), we keep only what that law requires, for only as long as it requires.
